New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible

According to the Bible Satan has many different faces. In this document, using scripture, I will reveal how Satan is deceiving people through images of these different faces. The Church body, individually and as a whole, without realizing have fallen for Satan’s deceptions. Because of a lack of knowledge about what scripture says Satan has gotten a foothold in the lives of God’s people, and certainly our nation. Knowing the truth about Satan’s different faces will expose him; allowing him nothing to hide behind.
Lucifer was created an “anointed cherub”. God Himself gave Lucifer, whom we now refer to as Satan, the title “anointed cherub” in Ezekiel 28:14-15: Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou was perfect in thy ways from the day that thou was created, till iniquity was found in thee. In Ezekiel Chapter 1 and Chapter 10 we are given detailed description of God’s Cherubim. In the same portion of scripture we are also given insight as to what Satan’s description is, since he too was created a cherub. Based on the Biblical description of Cherubim we should consider this an accurate description of Satan. Though Satan is a fallen cherub, he is still a cherub and he still has the same features. In this Chapter all reference to Satan’s features are in accordance with the Biblical description of Cherubim found in Ezekiel Chapter 1 and Chapter 10 and not with any false description that people have given Cherubs when referring to them as little naked babies with wings. Those are nothing more than cupid – which is a false god – and Christians should not have cupid in their home (re-labeled an angel).
Scripture reveals what God’s Cherubs really look like; and being in heaven above Exodus tells us not to have or make their image for our self. Exodus 20:4 and Deuteronomy 5:8: Thou shalt not make [unto thee] any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above… It is true that God had images of Cherubim over His mercy seat on the Ark of the Covenant (Exodus 25:20) and also His temple (I kings Chapter 6:23-35) – but where does God tell His people to duplicate His design for their own use!? In fact, scripture plainly says in Exodus 20:4 and Deuteronomy 5:8: “Thou shalt not make unto thee” (for yourself) “any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above”…
The following is a description of God’s Cherubs, or Cherubim (plural) that are still in heaven and these particular Cherubim are by no means evil. Ezekiel 10:8-14: And there appeared in the Cherubims the form of a man’s hand under their wings. And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the Cherubims, one wheel by one Cherub, and another wheel by another Cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone. And as for their appearance, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel. When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went. And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had. As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel. And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a Cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. Ezekiel 1:5-18: Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man. And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings. And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass. And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings. Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward. As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle. Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies. And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went. As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning. Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces. The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel. When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went. As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
Satan, being a cherub, also has the likeness of a lion. Although his lion face is not as prevalent in our nation as his eagle face the lion is still a symbol or statue that is used in many of our major cities, and is very popular among Christians. For more on his eagle likeness see my document on ‘eagle images’. The lion symbol has long been used by many as their representation of power, and royalty. As a symbol of worldly royalty the lion is over the entrance to the gates of the queen’s castle in London. This same crest is also used on one of our major Christian networks as their symbol of spiritual royalty, along with all their other pagan imagery – and their idolatry is an abomination to God! You can also find in Las Vegas, one of our major cities, an extremely large bronze lion statue standing in the entryway to a famous hotel and casino. Las Vegas is known world-wide for its ability to draw numerous people to its many casinos – and most of their patrons are in bondage to its spirit of gambling. The evil power behind this bondage has ruined entire families financially and emotionally. It is certainly no coincidence that a huge lion statue (a popular pagan symbol and likeness of Satan’s face) sits in front of this hotel/casino representing Satan’s power over the city – referred to as “sin city”. I Peter 5:8: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. An evil stronghold of darkness is roaring through this city and is seeking whom it may devour!
Many Christians have lion images and statues in their home in their attempt to symbolize the lion of Judah, but these statues and images are soiled with a pagan history. Psalm 106:19-21: They made a calf in Horeb, and worshipped the molten image. Thus they changed their glory into the similitude of an ox that eateth grass. They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt. Did you know that the ancient Egyptians worshipped a pagan lion faced goddess that they called “Sekhmet”, and that today it is still being worshipped by people who practice Wicca [white witchcraft]? Satan is trying to spiritually devour God’s people through their own ignorance about paganism, and due to our acceptance of unclean pagan images we are giving Satan the right! As a Christian you may think having a lion statue or image in your home would only represent the lion of Judah to you, but what did the lion’s image symbolize to your ancestors? Remember, Satan too is symbolized by the lion and also has the likeness of a lion’s face. By having this highly popular pagan image what kind of generational pattern of iniquity (evil visitation) may you be inviting into your home and your family? It is our duty as Christians to separate ourselves from all paganism, not to rename it and bring it into our homes and churches. II Corinthians 6:16-17: And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. I John 5:21: Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. I Chronicles 16:26 and Psalm 96:5: For all the gods of the people are idols: but the Lord made the heavens. The Bible refers to Jesus as the Lion of Judah but where in the Bible does it tell us to make a replica of a lion’s image, or any other image, and then try to use it as a spiritual representation of Jesus. Revelation 5:5: And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. Note: The lion image is being taken out of context through a popular book and movie which many presume characterizes Christianity. See end of this document under ‘Christian mythology’ for a comment about this popular book and movie.
Though Satan is fallen he still has the facial characteristics of a cherubim, and three of his four faces are the likenesses of animal faces – one being the lion. He is not really an animal as we know them, but he does know how to mimic animals. He also uses our man-made images and replicas of his animal faces as a tool of deception – and an open door invitation into our homes, our cities, and our nation. Manufactured statues and images of real animals are merely replicas of God’s original earthly creations; however, many of our man-made replicas can be used by Satan as a false spiritual connection, especially when they bear his resemblance. Important: This is not saying to stay away from God’s living breathing animals, or that you should not have a pet or a picture of your pet. Reference is only to the images and icons that have the likeness of Satan’s faces and a pagan history of spiritual reverence.
God did use a lion symbol in His temple (I Kings 7:29, 36), and He also had Cherubim images (which have a lion face) over the mercy seat on the Ark of the Covenant (Exodus 25:20) – a design similar to what He has in heaven. But where in God’s Word does He tell people to duplicate His design for their own use!? In the Old Testament God had images made of His surroundings in heaven for His own use; but told us in His commandment (Exodus 20:4) not to make heavenly images for ourselves. In Exodus 20:4 and Deuteronomy 5:8 it is clear that God’s people are not to manufacture or even have heavenly looking images, and just because we do not bow to them does not mean we can disregard this part of the verse. Exodus 20:4: Thou shalt not make unto thee (for yourself) any graven image, or any likeness (manufactured images and pictures) of anything that is in heaven above… God knew having our own images or likenesses of His things in heaven would lead us to reverence the images. Psalm 89:6: For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord? Even Solomon, in the latter part of his reign, began to reverence the idols surrounding him – after God had warned him not to! I Kings 9:6-7: But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them: Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people. Notice this scripture even gives warning to Solomon’s children! Sadly, Solomon ignored God’s commandment concerning the making of graven images. He ignored God’s warning in I Kings 9:6-7 and by the time we read I Kings 10:18-20 we see that Solomon duplicated God’s design and made his own graven images of lions – for his (Solomon’s) own throne. He took God’s design and had graven statues of lions on both sides of the steps leading to his own throne – and Solomon’s was a throne that did not stand! Being prideful he turned to false gods. Wonder why pride is associated with the lion; or even a group of lions is referred to as ‘a pride’!? Ezekiel Chapter 1 and Chapter 10 give us the description of God’s Cherubim in heaven above and one of their faces is the likeness of a lion’s face. In the book of Revelation it also mentions God’s beasts that are in the midst of His throne in heaven, and one is like a lion. Revelation 4:6-7: And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. Exodus 20:4: Thou shalt not make unto thee (for yourself) any graven image, or any likeness (manufactured images and pictures) of anything that is in heaven above… Solomon borrowed (for himself) some of the design plans from the Lord’s house – but God did not tell him to do this in His Word! Is it possible that this is why Solomon fell into pride? Again, where do we get the expression pride of a lion!? And how could Solomon tell his pagan wives not to have their graven images when he himself had his own graven images? Perhaps owning his own graven images was what eventually led Solomon to have a high place built for the graven images of his wives pagan gods Chemosh, Molech, Ashtoreth, and Milcom – which Solomon himself eventually began to serve. I Kings 11:1-8: But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, and Hittites; Of the nations concerning which the Lord said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart. For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the Lord his God, as was the heart of David his father. For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. And Solomon did evil in the sight of the Lord, and went not fully after the Lord, as did David his father. Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon. And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods. II Kings 23:13: And the high places that were before Jerusalem, which were on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Zidonians, and for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the children of Ammon, did the king defile. Nehemiah 13:26-27: Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin. Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives? In the Thomas Nelson OKJ reference edition (© 1989) ‘strange’ means: “foreign; pagan”. In the beginning he served God but eventually Solomon was blinded by idolatry, and by his pagan wives. Having his own graven images (his lion statues) made it much easier for Satan to lead Solomon toward other pagan images. Having his own idols also made it easier for his pagan wives to seduce him into worshipping their idols. Very important: Ask me for a copy of my book called “Truth or Tradition”. It contains information about the evil sexual spirits behind pagan images. It also contains information about the spiritual bondage and enticement of unholy sexual soul-ties. If a king who was supposed to be following God had idols in his own house then who would think it was wrong? Which leads me to another question: If Christians (who are supposed to be following after God) have pagan images and idols in their homes and churches then who is going to believe it is wrong?
Did you know there was a huge lion image found on the ruins of a wall in Babylon? Check Babylonian history to see the exact stance of this lion image! You will find that this particular image is still around today. Let’s see what God’s Word says concerning Babylon’s images. Isaiah 21:9: And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground. Revelation 17:5: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. You will also find another of Babylon’s images still around today, and this is the Babylonian image Lilith. See what Christians are now calling her image in my document(s) ‘Lilith’.
Scripture speaks not only against Babylonian images but Exodus 20:4 and Deuteronomy 5:8 tells us all not to make “unto thee”; meaning for ourselves, any graven image or likeness of anything in heaven above, or on the earth. And Deuteronomy 4:16-17 says: Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female, The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air. New Living Translation reads: So do not corrupt yourselves by making a physical image in any form – whether of a man or a woman, an animal or a bird. The Hebrew word for ‘similitude’ in Deuteronomy 4:16 (OKJV) is “tem-oo-naw’; …something portioned (i.e. fashioned) out, as a shape…image, likeness”. Also, Romans 1:22-23 says: Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Cherubs are in heaven above and they do have the likeness of the lion’s face. The lion’s image has been a very popular graven image of reverence, and the lion is also a four footed beast that is on the earth. We should not make statues of the lion’s image. By looking at one scripture in light of another scripture we easily see which four footed beast, and even which bird, scripture is referring to when it tells us not to have or make copies of their image. By looking at Ezekiel Chapters 1 and 10 we see that the likeness of the lion and the likeness of the eagle are both the same likeness as the Cherub’s faces – and the Cherubim are in heaven above. (The lion and the eagle are also the same likeness as two of Satan’s faces – even more reason we should not have man-made likenesses [replicas] of these particular animals.) Again, see Deuteronomy and Romans and compare them. Also see Ezekiel Chapters 1 and 10 to get Satan’s description. We must remember that Satan was created a cherub (Ezekiel 28:14) and although he is a fallen cherub two of his four faces still bear the likeness of a lion and eagle – both being popular pagan images. This is no coincidence!
We must not try and change God’s glory into man-made images. Some Christians today may think it is alright just as long as they name their man-made images after ‘Jesus’, or call their images the ‘lion of Judah’; however, Romans teaches us that giving God’s glory to images is foolish. Romans 1:22-23: Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Even Solomon professed himself to be wise, but he corrupted himself by making graven lion images (four footed beasts) and setting them before his throne. Remember it was a throne that did not stand! Looking at one scripture in light of another we easily understand what God’s Word is telling us is an abomination to him – and which are the images we should not have. Note: The Egyptians worshipped the lion faced goddess called Sekhmet, and another called the great sphinx [which had the body of a lion but a human head]. There were even two carved lion heads found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. In Mithraic cults they too worshipped lion headed gods. Even in Hinduism (a false religion) they worship a lion headed god called Narshimha. Lion statues are also popular in Chinese culture as spiritual guardians. Check history to find these, and many other lion images of worship.
The devil himself is compared to a roaring and a devouring lion in I Peter 5:8: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. It is also no coincidence that the beast of Revelation 13:2 has the mouth of a lion. Revelation 13:2: And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him power, and his seat, and great authority. In the book of Daniel it tells of a beast resembling a lion, having eagle’s wings. Daniel 7:3, 4: And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked… America, and certainly the church, must turn to God and quit using graven likenesses of animals to try and represent God’s Spirit – or we too may get our eagle wings plucked!
Very important: In this document I am not, in any way, coming against real animals. When speaking about animals I am referring to the other three faces of Satan as described in the Bible. In scripture one of his four faces is compared to the likeness of man, but his other three are compared to the likeness of certain animals. Real animals are not evil or satanic. Animals are all precious because they are God’s creations. However, you must understand that Satan can imitate animals. He and his evil spirits can hide behind recreated and manufactured images or likenesses (replicas) of particular animals – using the animal’s replica to his (Satan’s) advantage. Satan and his evil spirits hide behind these recreated animal images – which bear his own resemblance – in order to open spiritually unclean doorways into our homes, and eventually our lives. Satan and his evil spirits are concealed through manufactured replicas of animals, more precisely the animals that resemble his other three faces. Throughout history people, including some of our very own ancestors, have taken animals out of the natural context of what God intended. Due to this misuse, animal pictures (their images and statues) have taken on a whole new meaning (spiritually). This is the area I am addressing. It is about the importance people place on animals as spiritual symbols or even replacements of God, and it is leading them into a false spiritual realm. They use manufactured re-creations of God’s original creation in an effort to try and establish a closer spiritual relationship with God. Manufactured images (including animals and pictures of Jesus) have no breath and cannot see or hear but evil unclean spirits can, and do, conceal themselves behind these images. They use our manufactured décor as their evil doorway into our homes, our churches, and even our nation! Look at how the following scripture compares images and idols to devils and also shows us that we cannot have both God and idols. We must have either one or the other. I Corinthians 10:19-21: What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils. Revelation 9:20-21: And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. For proof that Satan uses man-made replicas of animals check New-Age (false religious) websites to see how they are using what they refer to as ‘power charms, statues, and amulets’. Then look in Christian bookstores and see how they too are promoting the use of these man-made statues and amulets as spiritual symbols. Christians, we had better beware! People are using religion (both false and Christian) to take animals out of context ‘spiritually’. Using an animal, or its image, as a symbol or mediator to the spiritual realm will only put people in contact with evil familiar spirits. Having, or displaying, this spiritual symbolism in our home does not attract the Holy Spirit, but it creates an inviting spiritual atmosphere for evil spirits who can, and do, mimic animals.
If you need proof that Satan also uses man-made replicas of animals then check New-Age (false religious) websites and see how they are using what they refer to as “power charms, statues, and amulets”. See my book “Truth or Tradition” for information about “Shamanism” and “Yoga”. People are using the false religious beliefs of “Yoga” and “Shamanism” to take animals out of context ‘spiritually’. They are also teaching our children to do the same in school – calling it exercise! As parents, we had better beware what they are teaching our children in school. Through false religious practices evil familiar spirits dangerously lead many people to believe they have an animal spirit inside of them. Some adults are decorating their homes, including their bedrooms, with the likeness of their supposed animal – pretending to be that animal during sexual relations. The false belief that a person can actually become an animal is a dangerous mental practice referred to as shape-shifting (a form of lycanthropy). [More information about lycanthropy, or mental shape-shifting in my book called “Truth or Tradition”. There is also a prayer of deliverance from these and other false practices in my book.] Some people who visualize or practice mental shape-shifting begin taking on the physical characteristics of an animal; usually through tattooing – but not always!
Very important: Many people do not realize that God’s living animals do not have a rational spirit mind. They have a body and soul, but not a rational thinking spirit. Animals are not rational thinking beings. Their only resemblance to man’s spirit is that they breathe. When referring to any spirit the Hebrew word for ‘spirit’ in the Old Testament is “ruwach, roo’-akh; …by resemblance breath… exhalation… life… by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being… air… blast… mind… wind”. The Greek word for ‘spirit’ in the New Testament is “pneuma, pnyoo’-mah; a current of air, i.e. breath (blast) or a breeze… a spirit, i.e. (human) the rational soul… life… mind”. Animals have a ‘soul’ (heart, mind, emotions, appetite, etc) but they cannot think rationally. The Hebrew word for ‘soul’ in the Old Testament is “nephesh, neh’-fesh; a breathing creature, i.e. animal… beast”. The Greek word for ‘soul’ in the New Testament is “psuche, psoo-khay” and the Greek terms “exactly correspond respectively” to the Hebrew. Though God’s real animals are understanding they were not created with a rational thinking mind. Real animals, as we know them, are not rational thinking beings – andreal animals do not communicate with us in spirit form. However, Satan and his evil spirits can! Satan who was created a cherub, as described in the Bible in Ezekiel 28, has the likeness of animal faces but he is not a real animal (as we know them). Proof of Satan’s animal likenesses and his human faceis found in God’s Word. See Ezekiel 28:13-17; Ezekiel 1:3-10; andEzekiel 10:14-22 to confirm Satan’s human and animal likenesses – and be assured that Satan does use the face of ordinary man as a spiritual connector. One of his human likenesses is represented through the false and blasphemous pictures people are calling Jesus. Anything that is not scriptural is anti-Christ! And pictures of Jesus are not scriptural. See my document on ‘pictures of Jesus’.
(Also see my document on ‘eagle images’)

An additional comment about Christian mythology: There are many Christians who read and watch mythology believing the characters to be only make believe – however, there are actual evil spirits behind these supposedly mythological characters. One evil character in particular is proven by scripture not to be pretend. This is the ‘satyr’. The word ‘satyr’ is found in the Bible in Isaiah 13:21; 34:14. The Hebrew word for ‘satyr’ in Isaiah 13:21; 34:14 is “sair, saw-eer; …a faun:- devil, goat”. Though there are some Christians who do realize these characters are inspired by evil they still try and use them as a teaching tool. Mythology does not teach Biblical principles. It makes a mockery of the Bible and causes spiritual confusion in the minds of our children. Many Christians claim that mythology, horror, and science fiction can be used to learn about, or to combat darkness; however, this is a lie. They tell Christians it is not bad, but is mythology with a Christian theme. (In other words Christian mythology) One movie in particular is even being promoted by churches. They decorate there Sunday school rooms with pictures promoting this movie and this encourages children to bring this same décor into their home. The sad truth is that most Christians do not even know what one character in this movie represents. It represents perversion. In mythology the character pan (the Roman equivalent to faun) is associated with, and illustrated as having a human male genital (though the movie does not show this). Pan, or faun, is the satyr and it is represents blatant perversion. In this very popular (supposedly) Christian movie, and book the satyr (faun – devil, goat) is a friend to the children. The mythological goat-man pan (whom the movie calls faun) befriends the children he is supposed to deliver to the witch. In the world today we have enough evil seducing spirits trying to befriend our children, we should not have to take them to a supposedly Christian movie that shows them it is alright to befriend evil as long as it is nice to them. Of course there is a hero in this movie – a lion – and he is sacrificed. Many Christians believe this lion depicts Christ (although the movie never mentions Jesus). Jesus Christ was not an animal sacrifice – He replaced animal sacrifices! This movie is a very poor attempt to bring the salvation message to a generation of children who do not even know what the movie supposedly means. Job 14:4: Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one. The message of salvation is very plain and is not confusing – unlike this mythological movie. Christians are embracing mythology without realizing the evil that is associated to it – or the evil spirits that are inspiring it. The saddest part of all is that Christian leaders are promoting this movie as if it pleases God! Isaiah 9:16: For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. Zechariah 10:3: Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats… The Hebrew word for ‘goats’ in Zechariah 10:3 is attud, at-tood’; (symbolically) leaders of people. Christian mythology is being portrayed as a sheep, but it is really a goat, and our Shepherds are supposed to know – and teach us – the difference! Matthew 25:32-33: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
If anyone tries to tell you that you have to see this movie before making a decision against it you should tell them that you do not have to go to hell to know it is bad, or watch a movie about it to figure out that you do not want to go there. You can take God’s Word for it!
