Lycanthropy or Mental Shape-shifting

The word werewolf actually comes from the word Lycanthrope or Lycanthropy. People with Lycanthropy believe they are part wolf. Check your dictionary under ‘Lycanthropy’. There are people today who take Lycanthropy very seriously and practice what they refer to as ‘mental shape-shifting’ – believing they are transformed into animals. They will actually act out the particular animal(s) in their every day life, and even during sexual relations. There are people who believe they are not only werewolves, but also werecats, werelions, weretigers, werebears, wereleopards, etc. Also see my document on ‘leopard skin or leopard pattern’. Pretending to be, or using an animal (or their image) as a mediator to the spiritual realm (or even as a sexual connection) will only put people in contact with the evil familiar spirits that imitate animals. These evil spirits in turn convince the person that they are part animal – even to the point of oppression, obsession, or possession. Some people will even tattoo their body to look like a particular animal, while others wear contacts to make their eyes look like a cat’s eyes. Leviticus 19:28: Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord. Some are also sharpening their teeth and splitting their tongue down the middle like a snake, leaving two pointed pieces like swords. Psalm 57:4: My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword. With the help of tattooing, and other surgical procedures people are transforming their body into something that God did not create, or intend for them. This includes sex change operations. In Jude it calls these fleshly alterations “strange flesh”. Jude verse 7: Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. The Greek word for ‘strange’ in Jude verse 7 is heteros, het’-er-os; meaning altered.
Many people think they can do whatever pleases them, and most will say; it is my body I can do what I want with it. BUT we were created for God’s pleasure. Revelation 4:11: Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. It does not please God when we abuse or change the body He has created. Genesis 1:26-27: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. People are made in God’s image. God did not create people to be animals – yet people are fashioning themselves to look like animals, or to look like the opposite sex. Some people think they can do whatever they want and do not care what God thinks. This is not referring to the surgical reconstruction of a birth defect or accident victim. Many people do not realize that God is the creator of all things, and that He is in charge of all creation. When people become so prideful they think they do not need God– living however they please – they do not realize the damage this causes them mentally, physically, and spiritually. The Bible mentions a king who became so prideful that he thought he was the one ruling his life and kingdom. Losing sight of God, the One who is really in charge of all life and creation, this king (though he was not an animal) actually took on the physical and mental characteristics of an animal (without the help of tattooing). He had a form of lycanthropy. Daniel 4:30-34: The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will. The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles’s feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws. And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation. In The Westminster Dictionary of the Bible, Copyright, 1944, By The Westminster Press; it states that this king (Nebuchadnezzar) had a form of ‘Lycanthropy’: “The form of madness which he suffered when pride overthrew his reason was that called Lycanthropy, in which the patient fancies himself one of the inferior animals and acts as such. Nebuchadnezzar imagined that he had become an ox, and went forth to eat grass like other cattle”. Notice that scripture says when Nebuchadneezzar lifted his eyes up towards heaven his understanding returned to him, and only then was he healed from his madness!
If you do not think it is possible for anyone to believe they are an animal – or for anyone to actually take on the characteristics of an animal – then what about ‘feral children’? They are children who have gone wild like an animal. See dictionary for their meaning. Also see my document on ‘Shamanism’. There are documented cases of these abused and abandoned children who have taken up with wild animals for survival. They developed the characteristics of the particular animals in which they turned to. And if you do not believe they are teaching our children that it is alright to practice Lycanthropy then why are they teaching them to act like animals in school, using the method of yoga that is also a Shaman practice. In a Michigan school children were taught to mimic the gait of animals, and much more. (The gait is how the animal walks or moves. In the practice of Shamanism they study the gait of different animals in order to understand and become like them.) In a Michigan school, through Yoga methods, children were taught to imitate animal movements and sounds. The following quotation about this school comes from Time Magazine (February 19, 2001 edition; page 61). “The instructor teaches them to become sleeping doggies, lions and snakes before the 45-minute session is over. They will walk on their hands and feet with their butts in the air, balance on one leg and sit chanting, Om”. In the false Hindu religion of Yoga it is believed that the world was created by the ‘Om’ sound. “Similar menageries are sprouting up across the country… Covered in woven blankets, they lie on their backs with their eyes closed while the CD Tao of Healing plays in the background”. Taoism is a false religion. “Envision a cloud floating down next to you, says their teacher. Envision a place that brings you happiness. It might be a zoo, a garden or a beach. Go on a journey, and I’ll tell you when to come back”. Italics and underlining are added for emphasis. What parents do not realize is that the journey their children are going on is called “out of body” or “astral projection” – and it is extremely dangerous mentally and spiritually! Most children will naturally pretend to be an animal; but having a teacher to instruct a child how to pretend to be an animal through false religious methods is another thing entirely!
It is not just the school system, but children’s fairy tales are teaching our children Lycanthropy. What about the very popular children’s book and cartoon called “Beauty and the Beast”? It promotes and encourages Lycanthropy. It teaches our children that people can turn into animals – and it also teaches them that it is alright to romantically fall in love with animals. It is a variation of what the Bible warns against. Leviticus 18:23: Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Do you remember how previously I told you that people who practice lycanthropy act out a particular animal during sexual relations! Exactly what are they beginning to teach our children through the book and movie Beauty and the Beast! People do not normally fall in love and unite with animals. I know that the beast in ‘Beauty and the Beast’ was really supposed to be a man, but the character Belle did not know that when she fell in love with him! What message are they giving our children through this popular children’s show? In this show a man even turns into an animal (beast)! This is a form of Lycanthropy, which a very dangerous belief. Several years ago there was a television series called ‘Beauty and the Beast’. In the television series the beast and his wife were supposed to have had a baby together – which implies a sexual act – this is an abomination! A human and an animal cannot have a baby together, and it goes directly against scripture to even insinuate this! It is causing confusion with our children. Leviticus 18:23: Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Myths are not real but represent fantasy, and with shows like Beauty and the Beast exactly what are they inspiring our children to fantasize about?
Extra note: People are using the false religious beliefs of ‘Yoga’ and ‘Shamanism’ to take animals out of context ‘spiritually’. They are also teaching our children to do the same in school – calling it exercise! As parents, we had better beware what they are teaching our children in school. Through false religious practices evil familiar spirits are dangerously leading many people to believe they have an animal spirit inside of them. (A prayer of deliverance from these and other false religious practices is found in my document of suggested ‘things to remove’ from our homes and churches.) Some adults are decorating their homes, including their bedrooms, with the likeness of their supposed animal – pretending to be that animal during sexual relations. The false belief that a person can actually become an animal is a dangerous mental practice referred to as shape-shifting (a form of lycanthropy). Some people who constantly visualize or practice mental shape-shifting will even begin taking on the physical characteristics of an animal; sometimes done through tattooing – but not always!
